Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and CRM systems.
Track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Improve customer retention and lead conversion.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer databases and reports.
Requirements:
Experience in CRM management and lead handling.
Solid communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
