Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth execution of OOH advertising campaigns through coordination with internal teams, vendors, installation teams and relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end execution of OOH advertising campaigns.
Manage printing, production, installation and dismantling activities.
Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
Follow up on permissions and approvals required for campaign execution.
Monitor on-ground execution, quality and maintenance of advertising assets.
Collect Proof of Execution (POE), photographs and campaign completion reports.
Maintain campaign trackers, documentation and MIS reports.




Resolve execution issues and ensure adherence to timelines and company SOPs.

Requirements:
Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
Any Graduate preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits when required.

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
