Up to 1 year of experience in customer handling/chat support
No freshers
Positive written English + Hindi
Mainly chat-based support through the client’s dashboard
Handle customer queries
6 days working – rotational shift
Monday to Friday: WFO
Saturday/Sunday working: WFH
