Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute and monitor fire safety projects, ensuring timely completion, quality workmanship, cost control and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage fire protection, fire alarm and safety system projects.
Prepare project schedules, resource plans and material requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site supervisors.
Monitor project progress, budgets, costs and delivery timelines.
Ensure that work follows approved drawings, project specifications and applicable fire safety standards.
Oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
Identify project risks, resolve operational issues and report progress to management.




Review bills of quantities, material estimates and project documentation.
Ensure proper maintenance of project records and completion reports.
Coordinate with procurement and accounts teams to manage project expenses and billing.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering or a relevant technical field preferred.
3–7 years of experience in project execution or management preferred.
Experience with fire protection, fire alarm or firefighting systems is highly desirable.
Robust leadership, planning, budgeting and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
