Job Title: Production In-Charge

Experience: 5–10 Years
Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / CNC Machine Shop
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet customer requirements.
Supervise CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL and conventional machining operations.
Allocate manpower, machines and materials according to production priorities.
Monitor production targets, machine utilization, cycle time and productivity.
Ensure product quality and minimize rejection, rework and material wastage.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Stores departments.
Monitor tooling, fixtures, raw materials and machine downtime.
Prepare daily production reports and track production performance.
Implement 5S, Kaizen and workplace safety practices.
Lead operators and setters to ensure timely delivery of components.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
