Job Description

We are hiring experienced and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process at our Airoli, Navi Mumbai location.

Candidates with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process are eligible to apply. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound calls.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.




Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.
Positive English communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Perks
Annual CTC: ₹4 LPA.
Night Shift Allowance as per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
