Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes as per standards.
Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Commi 1 preferred.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
Positive teamwork, time management, and communication skills.
