Job Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Create attractive jewellery reels, posts, stories, and promotional content.
Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Manage product photography, video editing, and content creation.
Handle website product uploads, descriptions, and basic SEO.
Manage Google Business Profile, customer reviews, and online visibility.
Generate customer enquiries and sales through Instagram and WhatsApp.
Track marketing performance, leads, and conversions.
In-Store Sales & Customer Handling
During free time or when digital marketing tasks are completed, assist with in-store jewellery sales.
Attend to walk-in customers, explain products, and help them select jewellery.
Support billing, product display,



and basic stock organisation when required.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads.
Canva, reels creation, and basic video editing.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in jewellery, fashion, and retail sales.
Ability to manage both online marketing and in-store responsibilities.
