Medflow Innovations is a healthcare supply company in Chennai. We are hiring a Warehouse & Dispatch Manager to runour stock and dispatch operation.

Stock in, stock out. You will receive consignments, keep the shelves in order, pick and pack what goes out, and get it dispatched to the hospitals and clinics waiting for it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming consignments and check them against the invoice: quantity, batch number, expiry date and documentation
Store stock correctly and keep the warehouse organised and clean
Pick and pack outbound orders accurately
Arrange dispatch - local deliveries and outstation transport - and track consignments to delivery
Maintain stock registers, batch and expiry records
Flag short-dated stock,



damages and discrepancies before they become a customer's problem
Conduct periodic stock counts

LOCATION AND WORKING DAYS

Our office is in Choolai, near Purasawalkam, Chennai. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

REQUIREMENTS
1 to 3 years in a warehouse, stores or dispatch role - freshers who are organised and willing to learn are genuinely welcome
Careful with detail and comfortable with record-keeping
Basic computer literacy
Fluent in English (Tamil preferred)
Any graduate

WHY DETAIL MATTERS HERE

This is medical supply. The difference between a valuable dispatch and a bad one is whether someone checked the batch and the expiry properly. That is a habit, not a qualification - which is why we are open to freshers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
