Purchase Executive – Real Estate

Role: Purchase Executive Industry: Real Estate / Construction Experience: 2–5 years in Purchase/Procurement/Construction

Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
Identify and coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
Purchase materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, electrical, and plumbing items.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and store teams.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
Track purchase costs and help control project expenses.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments.




Maintain vendor databases and material purchase reports.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of construction materials and real estate procurement.
Experience in vendor management and purchase operations.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Cost analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
