We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 2 to 3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and project leads on concept development, schematic design, technical drawing packages, and construction administration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural drawings, layout plans, elevations, section details, and, 3D visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify measurements, and ensure alignment with design specifications.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material estimation, and vendor cost comparisons.
Assist in selecting building materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Manage project files, drawing revisions, and client communication during the design phases.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
