About the Role

We are looking for a target-oriented Category Incharge to manage category operations, drive sales, maintain inventory, ensure product availability, and deliver excellent customer service while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned category and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive category-wise sales, revenue, and target achievement.
Monitor category performance, sales trends, and key retail KPIs.
Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
Control stock ageing, damages, shrinkage, and near-expiry products wherever applicable.
Ensure effective execution of offers, promotions, and company schemes.
Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and category presentation.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Coordinate and supervise staff, allocate duties, and monitor performance.




Analyse slow-moving and rapid-moving products and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Store Operations, and other departments.
Prepare regular sales, inventory, and category performance reports.

Candidate Profile
Graduate with 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail, FMCG, apparel, or department store operations.
Valuable understanding of category-wise sales and inventory management.
Ability to lead staff, manage daily operations, and achieve sales targets.
Robust customer-handling and coordination skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on sales growth, stock availability, and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
