We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing bench consultants ( OPT, CPT and H1B) and must be well-versed in Marketing OPT's
.Key Responsibilities:
Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT) with direct clients and prime vendors.
Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants proactively.
Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions and interviews.
Ensure regular follow-ups with consultants and provide timely updates.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Bench Sales.
Must have experience with OPT's marketing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of US tax terms and work authorization types.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and achieve targets.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
