Recruiter cum Client Coordination Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience & interview performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter cum Client Coordination Executive who can independently handle recruitment activities as well as coordinate with clients for their hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Coordinate with clients regarding open positions, candidate profiles, interviews, and joining updates.
Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates.
Build and maintain a solid candidate database.
Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.




Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring records.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR consultancy/client coordination.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities.
Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing company will be preferred.
