Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at YM TVS. The candidate will generate sales, handle walk-in customers, explain vehicle features, conduct test rides, and meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain TVS bikes and scooters, including features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
Generate leads through customer references, follow-up calls, and field activities.
Arrange test rides and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Follow up with prospective customers until the sale is completed.
Explain vehicle finance, insurance, and registration procedures to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer details, lead records, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the CRM and finance teams for smooth vehicle delivery.




Maintain skilled customer relationships and support repeat business and referrals.

Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred.
Experience: 6 months–2 years in sales preferred; automobile or two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
