Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts.
Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production and operational requirements.
Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and user departments.
Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement to avoid shortages.
Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.
Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and quality issues.
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving prospects.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
