About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
Assist with payroll inputs, employee perks, and monthly attendance reports.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and internal communication.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Coordinate exit formalities,



full-and-final documentation, and employee offboarding.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Support performance review processes and other HR initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with recruitment portals and HR management systems is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Knowledge of basic labour laws and statutory compliance is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
