Job Description – Business Development Executive

Location: Across Tamil Nadu

Role: Business Development Executive

Employment Type:On-Roll

Salary: ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Lead Support: Leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads provided by the company and identify potential customers for banking products.
Interact with customers and explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application procedures.
Generate business through branch and open-market activities.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, branch staff, and Branch Managers.
Collect and coordinate customer documents and complete the required documentation process.
Follow up with customers to convert leads into business.




Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities to achieve business targets.
Update daily leads, follow-ups, conversions, and business reports.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and prescribed procedures.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, convincing, and customer-handling abilities.
Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of banking products and documentation.
Fluency in Tamil; English communication skills preferred.

Qualification
Any graduate; MBA/PGDM candidates may also apply.
Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
