We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lab Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical laboratory in Pattal, Perumbavoor.

Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily laboratory operations.
Ensure accuracy and quality in laboratory testing and reporting.
Supervise laboratory staff and coordinate daily activities.
Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and quality control standards.
Monitor laboratory equipment, inventory, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and hygiene protocols.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements




Relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT or equivalent).
7–12 years of relevant laboratory experience.
Robust leadership and laboratory management skills.
Knowledge of laboratory quality control and safety procedures.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
