We are hiring for 2 positions:
Area Manager – Retail: Up to ₹10 LPA
Regional Representative – Retail: Up to ₹4 LPA

Experience: Relevant experience in Hardware / Building Materials / Retail Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales and achieve assigned targets.
Develop and manage dealer/distributor network.
Identify current business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Maintain solid relationships with dealers, retailers and channel partners.
Ensure product visibility and market coverage.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.




Prepare regular sales reports and track business performance.

Requirements:
Experience in Hardware / Building Materials / Architectural Products preferred.
Robust knowledge of retail/channel sales.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop dealer and distributor networks.
Candidates with relevant experience in the Hyderabad/Telangana market will be preferred.
