Identify and resolve basic technical issues or escalate them to the Tech Team.
Guide customers on platform usage and troubleshoot common problems.
Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and support tools.
Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns.
