Job Responsibilities
Operate and program CMM machines for dimensional inspection of components.
Perform inspection as per engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.
Prepare and generate CMM inspection reports.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
Ensure measurement accuracy and maintain inspection records.
Coordinate with quality and production teams to resolve dimensional issues.
Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in CMM operation or programming.
Knowledge of GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation.
Familiarity with CMM software such as Hexagon PC-DMIS is preferred.
Knowledge of dimensional measuring instruments.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
