Olive FoodWorks is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations across our food, catering, QSR and meal-service businesses.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally/ accounting software, bank reconciliation and day-to-day bookkeeping and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced business workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments
Manage GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliances
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
Reconcile sales from online platforms and payment gateways
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting
Verify purchase invoices, bills and expense claims
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Coordinate with CA/tax consultants for audits, GST, income tax and other compliances
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely correction of accounting entries

Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation
Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime
Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Positive numerical and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
Experience in restaurant, catering, QSR, hospitality or FMCG businesses will be an advantage
