Job Title: Jr. HR Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Responsibilities:
Maintain attendance, leave & shift records
Support recruitment (posting, screening, interviews)
Handle joining formalities & employee records
Assist in training (hygiene, safety, SOP)
Help with payroll inputs & HR reports
Resolve basic employee queries
Requirements:
MBA (HR) or MSW
Freshers (with Internship Experience) can apply
Basic knowledge of Excel & MS Word
Willing to work in factory setting
