We are looking for an experienced skilled with robust expertise in Investor Relations, IPO Execution, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications to drive IPO readiness, investor engagement, and strategic financial communications.
Key Responsibilities
IPO Readiness & Execution: Coordinate with executive leadership, underwriters, legal advisors, and regulators throughout the IPO process.Investor Relations & Communication:
Develop investor communication strategies and manage investor presentations, earnings announcements, press releases, and financial disclosures.Roadshows & Stakeholder Engagement:
Plan and execute investor roadshows, one-on-one meetings, and analyst briefings.Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to support strategic decision-making.Regulatory Compliance & Governance:
Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and stock exchange regulations, disclosure requirements,



and corporate governance standards.Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Support financial analysis, IPO documentation, due diligence, and investor messaging.
Qualifications:- MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA, CFA, or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.

10+ years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, IPO execution, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications.
