Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Architect to support real estate development projects through architectural planning, design development, drawing preparation, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts and design layouts.
Prepare architectural drawings and detailed plans.
Coordinate with civil engineers, interior designers, and project consultants.
Review site conditions and project requirements.
Prepare drawings for residential and commercial developments.
Support design development based on client and project requirements.
Coordinate with relevant consultants during project execution.
Ensure drawings follow applicable building regulations and project specifications.




Assist with design revisions and documentation.
Conduct site visits to review construction progress and design implementation.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required.
Registration with the Council of Architecture, where required for the role.
3–6 years of experience in architecture or real estate projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
Knowledge of building planning, design documentation, and construction drawings.
Familiarity with applicable building regulations and approval processes.
Robust design, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
