Job Description: HR Intern

Conscious Future Institute Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible, organised, and proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, and internal coordination.

The internship will be for an initial period of 3 months. Based on the intern’s performance, accountability, learning ability, and overall contribution, they may be offered a permanent full time position with Conscious Future Institute Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee attendance, in/out timings, leave records, and related documentation.
Create and maintain employee files, including Aadhaar, PAN, educational documents, and employment records.
Support joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Assist with salary slip preparation and payroll-related coordination.




Handle routine employee queries and internal coordination.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
Support daily HR and office operations.
Assist with recruitment activities, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling as required.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of HR-related activities.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree pursuing or completed in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
