We are looking for a Barista (Mixed Role) with experience as both a barista and wait staff. The candidate must be able to communicate in English, guide customers in choosing the right items, and provide friendly customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, smoothies, mocktails, shakes, and other beverages
Take customer orders and assist with billing when required
Guide customers to choose the right food and drinks from the menu
Communicate clearly with customers in English
Provide friendly, polite, and skilled customer service
Maintain cleanliness of the drinks station and service area
Ensure quality and proper presentation of all drinks
Support wait staff and kitchen team during busy hours
Be comfortable cleaning the store and maintaining a healthy, hygienic environment
Requirements:
Experience as a Barista and Wait Staff
Experience in making coffee, smoothies, mocktails, shakes, etc.
Valuable English communication skills
Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Willingness to handle mixed duties (drinks + service + cleaning)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,556.84 - ₹20,000.00 per month
