Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facilities.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Attend to maintenance complaints and arrange timely repairs.
Coordinate with external technicians and service vendors.
Ensure safety standards and proper functioning of equipment.
Requirements: Basic technical knowledge of building maintenance, troubleshooting, and facility management. Hospitality or hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
