Salary: Hike on Current CTC (Negotiable based on experience and suitability)

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management will be an advantage.

Experience:
8–10 years of experience in contracting, product sales, insulation, thermal/acoustic insulation, fire protection, or building insulation.

Job Description:
The company is seeking a agile, commercially astute, and technically competent professional with substantial experience in the insulation/contracting industry or allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
Business development and profitable revenue growth.
Project sales and technical/specification sales.
Market expansion and current business acquisition.
Strategic account management and customer relationship development.
Achieving sales targets and strengthening market presence.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Location: Chennai

Pay: ₹1,543,000.00 - ₹2,440,000.00 per year
