We are hiring experienced Senior Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process in Kolkata. Candidates should have excellent English communication skills and prior experience handling international customer calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update system information.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility:
Any Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work rotational shifts from the Kolkata office.
