Job Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Run lead generation, sales, traffic, and conversion campaigns.
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and return on ad spend.
Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, events,



and conversion tracking.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, tools, and trends.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Experience with lead generation and conversion campaigns.
Understanding of campaign budgeting and performance metrics.
Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline or equivalent practical

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
