Job Role: Telecaller Executive

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
Explain company products, services, and real estate projects to customers.
Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
Schedule home appointments and site visits for interested customers.
Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call records, customer details, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into appointments and bookings.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Tamil.




Basic English communication skills preferred.
Friendly, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and WhatsApp usage.
Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
