Job Summary

The Implementation Executive is responsible for onboarding customers onto the HRMS platform, configuring the system as per business requirements, and ensuring smooth go-live. This role acts as a bridge between customers, internal product, and support teams to deliver a successful implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities
Understand client business processes, payroll rules, attendance, leave, and HR policies
Configure HRMS modules such as Employee Master, Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Approval Workflows, and ESS
Lead end-to-end implementation including requirement gathering, system setup, testing, and go-live
Conduct client training sessions (Admin & End-user)
Coordinate with internal Product, Tech, and Support teams for issue resolution




Validate data migration (employee data, salary structures, leave balances, etc.)
Ensure statutory compliance configuration (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, tax rules)
Provide post-go-live support during stabilization period
Maintain implementation documentation and configuration records
Track implementation milestones and ensure timely delivery

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
