Job Description: Microbiologist for Brewery Company

Position: Microbiologist

Location: West Bengal

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Educational Qualification: MSc in Microbiology

Relocation: Ready to relocate to West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
Monitor fermentation processes and ensure optimal yeast health and performance.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product safety and quality.
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve microbiological issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in microbiology related to brewing.

Qualifications:
MSc in Microbiology or related field.




Minimum of 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, preferably in the food or beverage industry.
Robust knowledge of microbiological techniques and laboratory practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Information:
Candidates must be willing to relocate to West Bengal.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
