We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chinese Cook with 1–2 years of experience in preparing authentic Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes. The candidate should have valuable cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen hygiene, and the ability to maintain food quality and consistency in a qualified hotel kitchen

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes according to hotel standards and recipes.
Prepare items such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, soups, stir-fried dishes, and other Chinese specialties.
Handle wok cooking and maintain proper cooking techniques.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking equipment.
Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
Monitor ingredient stock and inform the supervisor about replenishment requirements.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
