Inside Sales Executive – Textiles

Job Description:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive for our textile business. The candidate will handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, order coordination, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and online channels.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into orders.
Explain textile products, prices, and offers to customers.
Maintain customer details and sales records.
Coordinate with the production/dispatch team for orders.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in textiles, garments, or retail sales preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and confident personality.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
