JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and supervise the day to day functioning of the Operation Theatre.
Ensure proper OT preparation before all surgeries and procedures.
Coordinate with surgeons , anesthetists, nurses, technicians and other hospital departments.
Monitor OT staff duty schedule and ensure proper staffing.
MAINTAIN OT registers, records, stock records, and surgery-related documentation.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of instruments.
Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and qua;ity standards
Qualification
BSC/GNM Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification
OT Technician qualification with relevant supervisory experience may also be considered.
Experience
Minimum2-5 years of experience in OT management/supervision
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
