ABOUT THE ROLE

Generate and qualify leads, talk to prospective customers, schedule site visits and support the sales team in achieving targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Explain project details, pricing, offers and location advantages
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects
Maintain customer records, daily call reports and follow-up trackers in CRM and Excel
Coordinate with Sales Managers and Site Heads
Resolve customer queries and build relationships to maximize conversions

REQUIRED SKILLS
Graduate in any discipline, 1–3 years' experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and MS Office
Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Target-oriented with valuable time management

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
