Job Summary

Saheli Jewellers is looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven Senior Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with strong communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a valuable understanding of jewellery retail sales.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery preferences, requirements, and budgets.
Explain jewellery designs, product features, quality, pricing, and available collections.
Handle sales of gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the showroom's overall sales performance.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Follow up on customer enquiries and prospective buyers.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain attractive jewellery displays and showroom presentation.
Assist with stock verification,



inventory management, and jewellery handling as per company policies.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Support festive promotions, new collection launches, and other sales activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry (mandatory).
Prior experience in jewellery showroom sales is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Good product presentation and customer relationship management abilities.
Target-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or POS software preferred.

Job Requirements
Full time, in office position.
Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work weekends and during festive seasons as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
