Use Siemens NX
Develop complete 3D mould assemblies for plastic injection moulding projects.
Design cores, cavities, inserts, sliders, lifters, ejector systems and parting lines.
Design cooling circuits, runner systems, gates, vents and hot runner layouts.
Review customer part drawings and 3D models before starting mould design.
Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and identify potential moulding issues.
Ensure mould designs are practical for available manufacturing capabilities.
Resolve manufacturing and assembly issues related to design.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
