Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month (Base + High Incentives)

Key Responsibilities
Lead Calling: Make outbound calls to provided leads from the company database to pitch property options.
Client Handling: Understand customer requirements, answer queries, and maintain healthy client relationships.
Follow-ups: Keep track of interested clients with regular, skilled follow-ups.
Site Visit Conversions: Convince prospective buyers and successfully convert telephonic leads into physical project site visits.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:



Minimum 3+ months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales (Real Estate experience is a plus). Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a sales mindset can also apply.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, and a resilient sales mindset.
Availability: Ready to work from our office located in Sector 69, Gurugram.
