Key Responsibilities
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, offers, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, purchase, design, and production departments.
Process customer inquiries, purchase orders, and sales orders accurately.
Maintain records of quotations, customer inquiries, orders, and follow-up activities.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pending payments as required.
Understand basic electrical products, components, and technical specifications to support the sales process.
Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and other required documentation using MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution and delivery of customer orders.
Handle customer emails, calls, and routine sales-related correspondence professionally.
Maintain proper documentation and update sales records regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales back office, or a similar role.




Candidates with experience in the electrical, electrical panel, industrial automation, or engineering industry will be preferred.
Basic understanding of electrical products and technical specifications.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Robust follow-up, coordination, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates residing in Vadodara, preferably near Makarpura GIDC.
Candidates with prior experience in an engineering or manufacturing company.
Candidates who can coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Candidates looking for a stable, long-term prospect in sales coordination.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
