Job Responsibilities
Perform assembly and installation of EV conversion kits and vehicle components.
Assist in fitting motors, wiring harnesses, controllers, batteries, and other components as assigned.
Follow production instructions, standard operating procedures, and daily production targets.
Conduct basic quality checks and report defects to the supervisor.
Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
Coordinate with technicians and production supervisors to ensure smooth production.
Minimize material wastage and prevent component damage.

Candidate Requirements
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering preferred.



SSLC / HSC candidates with relevant skills may also apply.
Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly, hand tools, or electrical components.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Positive discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
Physically fit to perform production-floor activities safely.
Willingness to work overtime or shifts when required, as per company policy.
Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Salary & Advantages
Monthly salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000.
