Role of a Chinese Chef de Partie
Section Head: In charge of the Chinese cuisine or Oriental station in a commercial hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Recipe Standards: Maintains food quality, authentic taste, presentation, and consistency for all Chinese dishes.
Staff Supervision: Oversees and trains junior kitchen staff and Commis chefs assigned to the Chinese section.
Inventory Control: Manages stock levels for station ingredients and tracks kitchen waste
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
