Designation -Analyst

job role - Provide technical support to customers based in the United States through inbound calls.
Understand and troubleshoot customer issues related to products or services.
Resolve customer queries over the phone whenever possible.
If the issue cannot be resolved during the call, create or advise the customer to raise a support ticket.
Schedule and coordinate a technician visit when onsite support is required.
Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and follow company service procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and resolution standards.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
