Prepare desserts and baked goods for the brand following recipes and standards precisely while keeping the highest hygiene levels.
Prepare doughs, creams, fillings, and baked items per standard recipes
Produce in batches and keep prep ready for peak order times
Finish, decorate, and package items so they travel well
Suggest creative ideas for recent and seasonal products
Follow HACCP, food safety, and personal hygiene rules
Label, date, and rotate stock (FIFO); log temperatures
Keep workstation and equipment clean and sanitized
Minimize waste and report low stock or equipment issues
Requirements
Pastry or bakery experience preferred; motivated beginners welcome
Basic pastry skills and a valid food handler certificate (or willingness to get one)
Adaptable for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
