Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and build an active online community. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media trends, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
Develop and execute social media content calendars.
Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and industry-related content.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to create creative content.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Implement strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.




Monitor competitors and identify recent social media opportunities.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, guidelines, and marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms.
Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of reels, short-form videos, and current social media trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
