About the Role

Rathi living services looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
Contact potential customers and explain company services effectively.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-oriented and confident personality.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates from real estate, facility management, hospitality, or service industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
