Job Description

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented professional to drive business development and coordinate promotional activities for Ayurveda Panchakarma centres.

Key Responsibilities
Develop business prospects through corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships.
Organise medical camps and coordinate promotional activities.
Conduct organisation visits to build awareness and generate patient referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, corporates, institutions, and other potential partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and implement marketing strategies to increase patient footfall.
Coordinate centre operations and support administrative activities.
Monitor business development activities and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of medical camps and promotional programmes.

Requirements




MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or centre administration.
Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, hospital, or wellness sectors is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel between Kochi and Kozhikode as required.
Must be comfortable working 15 days in Kochi and 15 days in Kozhikode each month.
